With more than five decades of licensed real estate experience involving almost all types of residential and commercial properties, I specialize in selling, buying, and leasing commercial properties: Land, Multi-Family, Resorts, Mixed-Use, Retail, Office, Industrial, Storage, Flex, Specialty, and Healthcare.

First licensed in 1968 as an agent in New York, and having operated in New York, Florida and Connecticut, my business has involved some residential but mostly commercial brokerage for land, developments, offices, light industrial complexes, leisure resorts, time-share resorts, shopping centers, diners, apartments, zoning, construction management, leasing, property management, marketing and mortgage finance.

As a member of the management team of the nation’s largest timeshare resort developer in the early 1980’s, First FederalCorporation of St. Petersburg, Florida, I was responsible for mortgages and regulatory compliance involving major resorts, overseeing mortgage hypothecation from condominium sales to finance further development, overseeing issues from purchase through complete construction of townhouse condominiums, management of outside trial counsel, retail leases, variances, easements, liens, licensing, advertising and regulatory compliance for each marketing team at company resorts.

Over the last two decades, I have worked substantially on the Hamptons in Long Island, upstate New York, North Carolina and Michigan in commercial and resort property markets, representing both sellers and buyers, by keeping in touch with the market by personal interaction, and with the help of online research, finding properties’ value through their unique characteristics and potential under zoning and regulations. Further, to close the deals, solving legal, regulatory, and physical issues. I am always willing to co-broke and interact with colleagues.
